The Pilgrim Walk

The Pilgrim Walk

The Pilgrims’ Way – Autumn 2023 – Spring 2025

Over the course of around 18 months, we are walking the Pilgrims’ Way, England’s camino, covering 138 miles spanning ancient pathways from Winchester to Canterbury.

Each month we will be scheduling a walk following the stages set out in our chosen guide book: Walking The Pilgrims’ Way, Leigh Hatts

There is an optional ‘Pilgrims’ Passport’ available for this walk that allows you to collect stamps along the route. This is available to buy (£4.50) at Winchester Cathedral or online, adds a little fun – and also offers free entry to Canterbury Cathedral when we complete the route.

So far 50 people are signed up and taking part, with new walkers warmly welcome at any stage.

Some members of the group are doing every walk – others are picking and choosing stages along the way. There is often a short walk option for anyone who wants to join part of the day.

If you’d like to join us along the way please get in touch –
